The district currently consists of 59.87% of San Mateo County, with the entirety of Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, El Granada, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Highlands-Baywood Park, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Montara, Moss Beach, Pacifica, San Bruno, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and 38.52% of Daly City.
